CT-free handheld robotic TKA compared with navigation, Smith and Nephew CORI
Journal of Robotic Surgery (Springer Nature)
SMITH & NEPHEW CORI HEAD-TO-HEAD (Journal of Robotic Surgery, doi 10.1007/s11701-026-03198-8): retrospective comparative study of 100 consecutive knee-osteoarthritis TKA patients, December 2020-June 2025, allocated to the CT-FREE Smith & Nephew CORI robotic system (n=50) or the Brainlab Knee3 navigation system (n=50). Both achieved comparable long-term functional outcomes and similar safety. The retrieved record truncates after that finding, so no comparative advantage claim is carried here. The study is not Japanese and is used only to characterise the image-free handheld segment.
