One year of MISSO: more than 1,000 surgeries and no published install count

Meril claims more than 1,000 successful surgeries in the first year of MISSO, which launched in June 2024, and publishes no install-unit count in the retrospective. This is the source of the correction to the launch-day figure of about 100 installs, which was a target rather than an outcome.
