一般社団法人保健医療福祉情報システム工業会 (JAHIS), restating 厚生労働省 医療施設(動態)調査
Summary
Japan's 8,060 hospitals in 2024 by bed size: 20 to 49 beds 923; 50 to 99 1,966; 100 to 199 2,773; 200 to 299 1,004; 300 to 399 665; 400 to 499 351; 500 to 599 153; 600 to 699 106; 700 to 799 42; 800 to 899 28; 900 or more 49. Derived from that table, 2,398 hospitals or 29.8 per cent have 200 beds or more and 1,394 or 17.3 per cent have 300 or more, so 5,662 hospitals sit below 200 beds. This is a secondary restatement of the MHLW survey and is carried at that grade.
